I'm really into puffer vests lately.  I've been layering them over baggy sweatshirts that feature animal graphics in addition to layering them over denim shirts.  I bought this vest back in 2008 from a sale and it sat in my closet for quite some time.  I almost wondered when I would really wear it besides skiing or snowboarding.  One morning it hit me that I really wanted to wear it.  It offers all the warmth of a coat without the restrictive sleeves, perfect for a broad-shouldered gal like myself.  I threw on my favorite pair of skinny jeans that I wear too many days in a row without washing and some ballet flats that Fit in Clouds sent me.  These flats are more comfortable than regular ballet flats.  They come with a portable bag and they fold up so you can carry them with you when you are wearing sky high heels.  They are so much easier to fit in my purse than regular ballet flats.  When my feet get tired I slip these on and sometimes I just wear them out because I want something comfortable that I can walk in.  Since this outfit seemed so casual I decided to add the fashion blogger twist by accessorizing with an expensive designer bag.
