Burgundy colors like the color of this skirt seem to blend so sweetly with cognac colors like those found in this leather jacket. Maybe it is me trying to duplicate the colors of the fall leaves in my outfit, but I adore the color combination. What do you think about it? This long ribbed tube skirt feels ultra soft against your skin and conforms to every curve. It also stands up to the wind and cold quite nicely thanks to the fabric blend. I like pieces that have no zippers or buttons, those that I can just pull on and be done with. This skirt is one of those pieces. Pairing it with the sweetest little cropped cashmere cardigan in gray that I own kept the look from being too bulky and hiding my shape. This Demy Lee cardigan was snagged off Gilt Groupe for only $56 and for 100% cashmere that is quite the steal. Layered over that was a silk leopard print scarf by Thayer that also converts into a sarong, headscarf, and much more. Snagged at 50% off, I have already tried to pair it with almost every outfit. A leopard scarf in silk or cashmere is a basic piece you will use over and over again in your wardrobe. Topping the look off was a cognac hooded leather jacket with woven detailing at the shoulders.
On my feet you see gray socks perfectly scrunched to go with my Kelsi Dagger shearling boots.
