Burberry Laced Motorcycle Boots in Black - Worn before here with Nightcap Clothing lace dress and here with See by Chloe scalloped shorts and Alice by Temperley leather trench coat

Wildfox Couture Tiger Tiger Crop Top in Dirty White - Similar top by Wildfox worn here with Kova & T latex leggings

Free People Pieced Colorblock Mini in Black - Snagged off FreePeople.com for $29.95 (Retail: $58)

I've been having more fun with fashion now than I ever have before.  This outfit was a really spontaneous pick on my part.  This Free People pieced lace skirt had been hanging in my closet for probably a year and I knew I liked it because it was jersey and easy to slip on, but I hadn't found the right top to match it.  I wanted to do something different besides a basic white crop top.  I saw this Wildfox Couture cropped tiger top lying on my bed next to the skirt and I thought they were the perfect pair.  I have worn this top before with a high waisted black jersey mini skirt, but never posted photos of it on the blog.  I know for a while that pieced colorblock skirts like this Free People one were pretty trendy.  I still like the style and since I got it for under $30 I can't complain.

Wildfox Couture makes some of the cutest tees around.  I swear I own at least two more of their tops with kitties on them.  I am a sucker for a kitty.  This one I snagged off Linsday Lou over a year ago and it is a dirty white, almost pink color.  I really like that it looks vintage and worn in with the frayed hem.  I find myself constantly buying cropped tops, maybe it has something to do with being born in the 80s.  These Burberry lace-up boots were a great snag off of Gilt Groupe.  They had one left in my size.  I have come to the realization recently that I am addicted to lace-up boots of all kinds.  It doesn't matter if they cut off my legs.  I love them too much to stop.  The thing I really like about this particular pair is the Burberry signature written into the leather.  Also, this is another pair of boots where you just have to slip them on and zip them up.  The laces are just for show.

xoxo
