A breezy summer outfit should consist of some interesting cotton shorts and I found just the pair from Rory Beca. These shorts feature an embroidered waist and a gym short silhouette. I paired them with a gauzy cotton blouse from Enza Costa and my trusty TOMS. A neon orange lace bralette from Maison Scotch added a fun vibe.
