Finally, I can show you the Emilio Pucci skirt I have been dying to wear all winter. I snagged this beautiful multicolor skirt off the Outnet. I was drawn to all the bright colors and the combination of the colors. The skirt is wool and emphasizes the waist. It has a beautiful silk lining as well. I own two pairs of Emilio Pucci heels, these amazing cut-out studded sandals and these suede lace-up Pocahontas sandals. This is my first ever clothing purchase from Emilio Pucci, but I am highly impressed. I buy mostly contemporary and trendy clothing, but I am now looking into buying fewer pieces by more high end designers. I think I worry about the items being too fancy for everyday wear and tear. This skirt is perfect for spring I think because it is still very warm due to the wool, but when you pair it with a tank and a little blazer or jacket it is just right for the weather. Tell me you love the print and colors as much as I do?
I paired it with a basic black tank by James Perse that you see me wearing all the time here on Fashion Snag. I wanted to emphasize the skirt in this outfit. Some lace trim peeks out from my bralette which I always think looks pretty cute. Since the Pucci skirt is fairly long on me I wore my highest pair of mary jane heels by Fendi. I call these my killer heels because they are probably my most uncomfortable pair of shoes, but I like how they make my legs look with longer skirts and trousers. They are so gorgeous, yet painful, but I cannot give them up. My boyfriend doesn't understand it sometimes, but I am sure you shoe lovers out there know where I am coming from. When I wear them with tights they are a tiny bit more comfortable so that is how I like to wear them although you can see me wearing them in some previous posts I linked to without any hosiery.
This outfit reminds me that I am totally ready for spring and all the bright colors that come with it. Watch my video to see more of my outfit in action, including the shoes!
xoxo
