December has been pretty mild here in Colorado to say the least. I was getting a little hot in this outfit because the weather reports were wrong and it was actually almost 65 degrees. You could never get away with this in North Dakota, but that's another story. I was happy to pull out these Camilla Skovgaard over the knee wedge boots again. They are very comfortable as are most of the shoes she designs. I picked up this sweater during the recent Shopbop sales. It was my first purchase from Hanii Y and I really like the zippers along the hem and neck. I left it half unzipped on the bottom for some extra edginess. I don't think the Shopbop photo does this sweater justice. It doesn't pick up the subtle flecks of color in the fabric that we picked up in these photographs. This checked newsboy cap is an older item from my closet that I had never used and I thought it added a nice pop of color to the outfit and contrasted nicely with the green tunic sweater.
