(Denim Jacket, Crop Top, Leather Skirt, Arrow Earrings, Satin Platform Sandals)
The best thing about fall is you finally get to wear all the jackets that have been sitting in your closet. My boyfriend thinks I have way too many jackets and while he may be right about this I will never admit to owning too many. My sister-in-law is also a jacket and coat collector and I frequently hear my brother complaining to me about all her clothing taking up all the closets in the house. Perhaps this is a thing that women in general have in common akin to collecting shoes and bags. I am not sure, but I will make my best effort to wear every jacket I own this fall and winter.
This outfit gives off a schoolgirl vibe similar to a lot of my other ensembles. I am drawn toward the same silhouettes and I guess that is what happens when you really discover your personal style. You re-create the same look over and over in different variations. The look I feel most comfortable in is this one. I wear a full skirt that is fitted at the waist and flares out slightly at the hips and I pair that with a crop top. Sometimes I vary this by wearing a silk blouse with the skirt instead or a fitted sweater. To transition into fall I can still easily don this look by adding some opaque tights or a jacket or both. I will try to get away with the open toe sandals and jacket combination for as long as the weather allows.
