Kendall K. was kind enough to send me a piece from her latest collection. I chose this beautiful lace maxi skirt. It reminds me of the beach and summer so it is making me very happy. Since it has a hint of peach in the lining I wore it with a beige silk cropped tee, starfish cuff, and pink patent wedges. This outfit would be perfect down on the boardwalk. Black skinny jeans hold a prominent position in my wardrobe and this pair from Citizens of Humanity is my favorite. They are stretchy enough to wear almost every day, but manage to keep their shape. Spring is right around the corner so to brighten up the entire look I wore a mint green cable knit sweater. Lace-up peep-toe ankle boots gave the outfit a downtown edge. I never thought I would find a burgundy parka and in suede no less, but Kelly Bergin is apparently designing a suede parka every season. I think this one is from her first season. It was a lucky snag off The Outnet. You should watch the video to find out the coat's nickname. I kept the rest of the look relatively simple to make the parka the star of the show. A silk tank and leather mini skirt set the mood for accessories so I wore black suede heels with big buckle detailing and a gold liquid collar.
