Mint green seems to be the color of the moment and I am not complaining. It is a great shade for someone with my hair color. Usually I like my jackets to be black so they go with everything, but something about this Diane von Furstenberg cropped coat really caught my eye. The cut is perfect for higher waisted items and the fabric is extra soft. Sometimes it is more interesting to pair opposites in your wardrobe. The cropped wool coat is so prim and proper compared to the wild leopard print shorts. They balance each other out and make for an eye catching combination. This jacket would also look great with a feminine pleated gold skirt. I am already thinking of all the ways I can wear the coat. It will transition my wardrobe into spring quite nicely. Givenchy ankle boots that cut off just below the ankle were a likely choice. They elongate the legs and look sleek with black opaque tights. The lace-up detailing on these Givenchy boots extends all the way down to your toes, making them very unique.
