Winterizing my Vince leather dress that I snagged last winter seemed pretty easy once I glanced at the Equipment blouses in my closet. Equipment shirts are very useful no matter how many colors and styles you own. A full leather skirt that is fitted at the waist can be styled in so many different ways and is definitely a worthy investment. It is the perfect time of year for velvet and chenille fabrics so this Alexander Wang blue velvet tunic seemed only fitting. These victorian inspired Alaia heels are a new addition to my closet. The lace-up detailing plus the ruffles sets them apart from all the other shoes in my wardrobe. These are definitely a little witchy with the pointy toe as well.

A cozy cable knit sweater can do wonders for your closet. They are soft and go with just about any type of bottom. A cream colored version is the best color to invest in first if you want to start a collection. I paired mine with my favorite burgundy Tibi pants, ruffly victorian inspired Alaia heels, and an olive colored wool scarf. A set of green and gold bangles finished off the ensemble.
