When I made the video for this post and wore these shorts I had no idea that the official designer color was picasso. It was a weird coincidence that in the video I said the shorts looked like something Picasso might have painted. The crochet tank has abstract in the name as well which also has to do with art. Overall, I am finding this outfit to be in the artistic realm of things. I like playing with textures now more than I did last year so I mixed up a thick cream crochet tank with some bright silk shorts by Myne. Besides the colorful print the shorts also feature a bow on the back of the waistband. They are made of a nice, stretchy silk that conforms to your body and feels comfortable in the heat. I kept the eclectic look going by wearing my new favorite bra that I snagged off of Shopbop for a total of $36. I love how it has the look of a sports bra, but it doesn't squish you like a sports bra does. They still have some of these T by Alexander Wang bras left. I have been wearing this one nonstop. The bangles matched the purple in my shorts and the Oliver Peoples black sunglasses had the cool shape I was looking for to coincide with the feel of the outfit. Givenchy bondage wedges and a black suede fringe back finished off the look. Overall I would say this ensemble was part bohemian, part eclectic. It worked for the hot fall day and the shoes added just the right amount of sex appeal.
