When you don't want to wear leather leggings because it isn't quite cold enough you can always try liquid leggings.  They are thinner and sleeker.  Add a soft, long distressed top and a cozy shearling jacket for bulk on top.  For a pop of color try a bright cashmere scarf.  To make sure you can trek around town wear some black wedges that have a saw sole or some type of grips on the bottom.  This look would work well for a casual night out.  You can subscribe to my YouTube channel to see all my videos.

TEXTILE Elizabeth and James Patched Jimi Jeans

 

I've always been a sucker for bell bottom jeans and when that bell bottom involves some crazy colored patchwork details I really go crazy.  Since these TEXTILE Elizabeth and James jeans retailed at almost $500 I calmly stalked them until they went on sale for 80% off.  Instead of doing the usual thing on top with a baggy tee and a jacket I wore a cropped evergreen pointelle sweater.  Trusty Miu Miu ankle boots that have a tall heel finished off the ensemble.  You can subscribe to my YouTube channel to see all my videos.

Bodysuits of all types have been on my mind so when I saw this beautiful low back ballerina-like bodysuit I was instantly smitten.  Since it is so slinky and form-fitting I paired it with a gold and white pleated skirt.  Black patent ankle strap pumps finished off the look.  You can subscribe to my YouTube channel to see all my videos.

Pairing the sweater with some beaded tap shorts really gave it a dance feel.

This is a tap dance inspired outfit.  I recently snagged these beautiful mesh beaded shorts by Diane von Furstenberg and they motivated me to create this ensemble.  A fuzzy angora sweater in a true red color, sheer back seam tights, and black patent pumps finished off the look.  You can subscribe to my YouTube channel to see all my videos.

Simone Leopard Shorts

 

High waisted shorts and tights is a favorite combination of mine.  These shorts have a wild leopard print and are a cashmere and silk blend making them very warm.  Wanting to contrast with the leopard of the shorts I wore a cropped mint green wool coat.  Even though spring isn't quite here yet, you can still incorporate spring colors like mint green into your winter wardrobe.  Underneath the coat I had on a basic tee from James Perse.  Lace-up ankle boots that cut off right below the ankle finished off the outfit.  You can subscribe to my YouTube channel to see all my videos.
